On 6 February 2020, a working meeting was held with representatives of Danube Ports Network (DPN), the Danube Commission and UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development) on education and training opportunities for the Danube ports. Representatives of the Dublin Port and the Serbian Port Management Agency also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the participants discussed possible cooperation opportunities for an international training program for the Danube port management. The participants agreed that DPN will assess the needs of the Danube ports and UNCTAD will send a proposal for possible cooperation based on the needs.
