Our company, together with the Raiffeisen brand related to agriculture was launched in 1995 under the name of RWA Magyarország Kft., a subsidiary that is owned 100% by Raiffeisen Ware Austria.
The owner of the company is committed to supporting and developing Hungarian agriculture and has designed a unified strategy for a long-term operation.
Our company, RWA Hungary Ltd serves small, medium and large producers and businesses of Hungarian agriculture with products related to the agro-industry and as a crop merchant with wide-ranging relationship capital helps farmers to gain access to the market and make profit. RWA Magyarország Kft.’s main objective is to help its partners to access the market, which means that producers can fully achieve their goals and produce a quality product economically.

Presentation of the port:
The port operated by RWA Magyarország Kft., has an area of 1.5 ha; it is located on the banks of the River Danube at Baja and it can be accessed by public road, by river and by rail.
We load and unload as well as store grain and other produce in bulk form through direct and indirect means in our port. We have modern technology for these operations, made up of compatible components that are fully compliant with technical and environmental regulations.
Main technological components:
- Electronic bridge scale (60 tons)
- Covered input hopper (with a capacity of 50 tons)
- Loading pipe (rotary, telescopic) to facilitate accurate and easy loading, and
- Pontoon.
Warehouses available for indirect storage and for storing produce:
- 2 units of Prado steel silos with a capacity of 1,000 tons each (complete with loading and unloading systems) used as buffer storage,
- 2 flat storage units with a capacity of 1500 tons each.
In addition to loading ships, we offer our services to partners in coordinating the delivery of produce to the port, liaising with quality control firms, generating documents.
We perform our activities in accordance with the regulations of the GMP+ quality management system.
At our site SGS operates a laboratory that enables us to get an instant picture about the quality of the produce received.
In addition to handling the goods originating from our commercial activities, we pay special attention to serving our existing partners and expanding our clientele.
